Hey all! I been trying to find out when my product ships and I might be at a dead end when I post this but it worth a shot. I purchased a lap top a few weeks ago and was able to check my order status but I accidentally deleted the email where my order number was in. I purchased as a guest and now I’m wondering how to get my shipping info. And my email automatically deletes emails in the trash within 30 days. So I have tried talking to support but that’s like finding a needle in a haystack because without the order number, no one will help. My only hope is you community members. Anyone out there have any insight?
