I have the HP AIO 24-dd0210 (but pops up as the dd0000a for some reason). I'm wanting to see what I can upgrade my RAM to and if I actually can or not upgrade the SSD and what the max for both would be. I'm getting mixed messages searching that..

Looking at an eBay listing of the motherboard, your PC has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 CL17 memory.  You can also install DDR4-2666 CL19 or DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.

The parts list for your PC indicates that it comes with a 256 GB M.2 NVMe SSD.

You can install a larger capacity M.2 2280 NVMe SSD in as large a storage capacity as you want as long as the drive is single-sided so that it fits in the M.2 slot.

If you want to see if your PC will support more than 16 GB of memory, you can run this command in Windows Powerhsell as administrator:

Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_PhysicalMemoryArray | Select-Object MaxCapacityEx, MemoryDevices

Are you using Windows Powershell?

I can't help you with that problem if it's not working because I have given that info to a couple dozen forum members and no one reported having any issues.
