Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just set up my new PC and am trying to connect it to my bluetooth speaker, a UE Roll, but although I have made both the PC and speaker discoverable, they can't see each other.

I have tried moving the speaker around the room (it is currently on the floor, 1 metre from the tower), but still no success.

The PC has paired with my phone, but it won't connect to it.

Any suggestions?

In case anyone else has the same issue, I resolved it by unpairing my phone completely, even though it was not listed as connected on the PC or phone.

Solved.
