Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have a driver issue. Under other devices, it has a PCI Driver.

PCI bus 0, device 21, function 0

Hardware ID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7ACC&SUBSYS_7ACC1849&REV_11

I have been trying to fix this issue and I have no idea what version I need to download for it or a safe place to download it.

Hi:

You need this driver for that device:

Intel Chipset Device Software

10.1.19222.8341

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp144001-144500/sp144082.exe

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Will this also install Intel r serial io i2c controller host -7acc? Because when I check easy driver it says that’s missing. I figured that is probably the same as the pci error since they both have 7acc in the name.

It should.

When you use the free 7-zip file utility to extract the chipset driver exe file into its driver folder, there is a setup information file labeled AlderLakePCH-SSystemLPSS.

The hardware ID's supported by that driver file include the one you are missing.

I downloaded that file and restarted it. Appears to

be working. Easy driver doesn’t show that and no more pci driver issue. Thank you so much! You are a life saver. Idk what I would have done if you didn’t help me.

You're very welcome.

Glad to have been of assistance.

The problem was already resolved but the automatic update and scan of hardware wasn’t pulling anything up.
