Hi:
One other thing...if you can't get those couple of issues sorted out, your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

Here is my last effort...try this driver. If it doesn't work, I raise the white flag of surrender!
This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Dynamic Tuning firmware.
