So I have Master Clock TCD46 device that connects to a PCI card that fits x1 through x16 PCI slots. I'm using the time code input on the master clock that connects to the PCI peripheral. The Desktop is a HP Z2 Tower G4 workstation. My issue I need all slots to work and not sure why they aren't.
Windows 10: (Tried updating all drivers, chipsets, and bios)
-Slot 1 and Slot 2 work.
-Slot 3 and 4 do not.
Windows 11: (Tried updating all drivers, chipsets, and bios)
-Slot 1 works
-Slot 2, 3 and 4 do not.

Little update. I took my windows 11 ssd and put it into a HP Z240 Tower workstation. I tested the PCI card in all slots and it worked. So, some reason the Z2 Tower G4 is not recognizing the card in slots 2-4.
