I have a problem with the webcam of the monitor in question. in windows devices it shows it as an unknown device although with some programs it works ... with SKYPE there is no way to make it work you see a black screen ... on the HP website it says that there are no drivers ...

As an antivirus I have Kaspersky endpoint security 11

Thanks, I have already installed this driver but it is not the webcam driver. I looked for the webcam driver on hp support but I know there is no driver (https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-retail-integrated-webcam/5275687). I have to try to uninstall kaspersky endpoint security, to understand if he is giving the problem.

There are hardly any additional webcam drivers to download with the screens.
