PSU/GPU upgrade options for a TE01-5012

I have a TE01-5012 with an L08262-004 310W PSU and an 8b3b motherboard.

The mobo has a free PCI Express 4.0 x16 slot.

I also have a gtx 1060 6GB gpu left over from a previous PC which has a 6-pin power socket.

For this to work, I assume I will need at least some kind of PSU upgrade.

Is there a suitable PSU which would work for this set up, or failing that a different PSU/GPU combination?
