PSU choice for upgraded GPU

My Pavilion 590-p0066 is currently stock, and I am wanting to upgrade it. I have already purchased a pair of Corsair 16 GB RAM cards (32GB total), and a Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD. I am wanting to add a GPU and eventually change out the Core i5-8400 to an i7-9700F, as well as install a liquid CPU cooler The GPU I am wanting to try is the Nvidia RTX 2060. My question is: Will it be good for me to purchase the 400 or 500 watt PSU HP makes for these desktops? I cant find anywhere on HP site or online how much the stock set up uses power wise, but I am pretty sure the set up I want to use will use too much power for the stock 310 watt PSU. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Or, if there is a GPU that'll give me better performance than the UHD 630 that wont use too much power, I would like to know. The computer will be used for mild gaming, and possibly as a work station (mostly internet browsing and taking calls and emails).

The 500W (L05757-800) should be compatible with your motherboard.  Here is a Chart that shows where I got my information.  Your exact model is not listed, but all of the Lincs motherboards have the same connectors.  I suggest that you contact HP Customer Support to assure they have one available.

Thank you for the quick reply. I found one of those on Amazon, as HP shows the 500w can no longer be ordered from them. It is $130, so it'll have to wait for a bit.
