Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey there

 

I have a Pavilion 23 All - in - One.  I am looking tp upgrade ram from 4GB to 16GB

 

Product No. H4H88AA#ABG

Model + 23B111A

Processor AMD  A4 5300 APU

 

Currently looking at this site - https://support.hp.com/au-en/product/hp-pavilion-23-b100-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/5330748/model/...

 

It states PC3-12800  ''DDR3-1600 - with select Trinity APUs only''

 

My question is.......Can I use PC3-12800  DDR3-1600 RAM sticks on this unit?

Thank you for a challenging but easily researched inquiry, as your info was excellent.

Here is the link to the AMD A4-5300 processor.  It states Supported memory: DDR3-1600

I took the liberty of researching Crucial.... here it is.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
