Playing Blu Ray on a HP Pavilion p7-1534

Can I play Blu Ray disks on a HP Pavilion p7-1534? I'm running Windows 10. When I put  a Blu Ray disk in nothing happens. What's the secret?

It comes with a DVD burner, not a Blu-ray drive.

You need a blu ray drive to play blu ray movies.
