I didn't know if anyone knew of a graphics card that I could use to possibly upgrade this old dinosaur. I'm not expecting miracles, just something a little nicer. Thank you!

Hi:
Since that model PC has a legacy BIOS. is low profile and only has a 220W power supply, you need to install a legacy video card that would work with all of those constraints.
I recommend that you install the AMD Radeon HD 6450 which would be better than the onboard Intel graphics.
It normally comes with 1 GB of video memory, with or without a fan, and has DVI and display port outputs.
You need to find one with the low profile mounting bracket.
You can find these plentiful and cheap in used but tested and working condition on eBay.
The Dell branded models work fine. I have one of those in one of my HP desktop PC's.
W10 will automatically install a graphics driver for it.
