Yea, I understand your hesitation. However, the guy I talked to knew what was wanted, appeared very knowledgeable in my opinion, and zeroed in on a specific compatible upgraded 400 watt PSU for your HP Envy Desktop TE01-1244.
Perhaps you want to talk to that person and see hear for yourself. It is pretty much the holy grail of Seller-to-Buyer standard for these kinds of commercial enterprises that if in the off-chance the 400 watt PSU doesn't work/fit, you can return the unit and get reimbursed.
Sometimes, as per my abundant -though admittedly personal anecdotal experiences, things like this require a little leap of 'what-the-heck-let's-give-it-a-shot' attitude to move forward, especially when the potential (monetary) losses are minimized and the potential gain(s) are favorable.
Kind Regards,

Well HP finally came back and said they have the 400 watt back in stock so I went ahead and ordered one. Now I hope it has all the right wiring and connectors for my 1650 GTX graphics card which needs the 6 pin plug. I want to say thanks for all the help and recommendations. Keeping my fingers crossed
