Welcome to our HP User Forum!
What you need is a 24-pin ATX power adapter specifically made for an HP EliteDesk 705 G1, like this adapter made for the HP EliteDesk 705 G3: 12" ATX Main 24-Pin to 6Pin PSU Power Adapter Cable for HP EliteDesk 800G1 705G3 | eBay, but unfortunately, I couldn't locate an equivalent HP EliteDesk 705 G1 adapter.

Hello, what idea do you have for a graphics card that will be powered by the original power supply? In addition to the graphics, I will also upgrade the ram to 16GB and add an SSD to that drive. I was looking at rx 6400 low profile, gtx 1630 low profile. My power supply has 280W.

Yes, either graphics card will work with a 280-watt power supply -I assume you meant the GTX 1650 low profile card.

Please be advised that the minimum power supply requirement for an RX 550x is thought to be 250 watt: AMD Radeon RX 550X Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database. To answer your question, yes you could fit the card even with a low-profile bracket, in that case I would modify the bracket (either remove the bended part or straighten it out), but there is a risk that your graphics card will not be properly secured as you'll need a full-size bracket for that.
