Dear Support Team

I am writing to report an issue with my printer that has been ongoing for over a month.

Although the cartridges are showing as valid, the printer is not allowing me to print. Additionally, a charge of $19.57 was debited from my account on July 14, but the service has not been activated or restored.

I have already performed basic troubleshooting, but the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that you check my account and resolve this problem as soon as possible, or provide clear instructions on how to proceed.

Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

Sincerely,
