HP Recommended

I have in my pc 1 NVMe + 1 SSD + 1 HDD + Quadro P400 and 12Gb of ram.

The SSD's and the extra RAM use very little power, so I think it will be alright.  If you have not noticed any weird happenings already, then changing the CPU will have little effect except better performance.
