HP envy 20 touchsmart all in one Model No: 20-d250hk

this is a RETIRED product (IE, old out of support) as such hp has removed online information/support for this specific series/model from their support website

https://support.hp.com/us-en/retired-products

the G620 processor is from the "Sandy Bridge" series line and is rather old by today's standards

the G850 cpu matches the thermal spec of the 620, and should be a drop-in replacement but it's not that much faster and is still only a dual core

i don't think any quad core cpu's  were available for the 2xxx series of AIO's i recommend simply replacing the system at this point if it's no longer meeting your needs

some drivers for this model can be found online still

https://drivers.softpedia.com/downloadTag/ENVY%2020-d250hk

the latest/last bios appears to be 8.16 Rev A  ( sp69893 )
