Product Number

Dear all, how can i get or search the product number for the hp product, since i am not able to view my server warranty status without the product number. i have got the serial number and product name but i dont have peoduct number so will i be able to get the product number with the help of serial number.

Enter the serial number of the server in partsurfer.hpe.com and you should get the product number.

hello, thank you for the support and i got the product number too as  669253-B21 but in the following space i am not able to get all the product number, so how much character do we have to used in the product number collum. with the following option i am not able to get the warranty status. i have tried with (669253, B669253 669253B2, 669253B) above option too.

HP split into 2 companies a couple of years ago.  HP (for PC's, Printers) and HPE (Servers, Switches, Routers, Storage)

I think you have to use the HPE warranty check link for your product.
