Greetings,
I recently received my HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop (TG01-0xx series) and when you look at it from the back you can clearly see two fans :
- The top one is working as it should
- The bottom one ( i guess the power supply fan? ) does not move at all.
Is this normal? Does the specific fan only work when its needed (i.e for higher temperatures)? I haven't received any errors or warnings yet.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you
Edit: Maybe someone with the same desktop can at least verify/deny this behavior?

Welcome to HP support community.
Yes all fans on the device work only when needed as its system managed and cannot be controlled or tweaked by the user.
I hope that helps.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

Greetings to both,
Sorry for not updating the issue but I was just worried for no reason.
The PSU fan will always spin for a few seconds when you start your computer. Thats how you know its working. Other than that, it will not spin unless it is needed.
Thank you both for your answers.
