Based on my Omen 30L model above, can anyone recommend a 32GB RAM kit that will work and run at least at 3200mhz (lowest latency preferred)? Crucial upgrade has recommended some, I just want to make sure it doesn't default to lowest speed.

The crucial memory will default to what the BIOS accepts, regardless of the brand you choose.
That is the big downside of not having a DIY Gaming PC built on an enthusiast or gaming motherboard.
I have an MSI MPG 570 Gaming Pro Carbon WIFI mobo in my PC. It's BIOS gives me a far greater means of tweaking my memory. If I install faster compatible memory it will work. Yours will not allow that.
