My desktop came with the Samsung M378A1K43EB2-CWE 8GB DDR4 desktop memory (UDIMM) module running at 3200MHz.
I want to upgrade my desktop by adding an additional 8GB RAM stick to have 16GB (2x8GB) RAM running in dual-channel. However, because this is an HP desktop, I am concerned that not just any RAM will work. I checked on eBay, but the seller doesn't ship to where I live, unfortunately.
I found this RAM from a brand named DATO that is pretty close to the specifications of the Samsung RAM.
DATO DDR4 RAM 8GB 3200MHz, PC4-25600 CL22 1.2V 288-Pin Non-ECC unbuffered DIMM, Desktop Memory Module.
Will this RAM be suitable?

I hadn’t heard of DATO before either. It seems to be a lesser-known brand, but it appears to be legitimate, so it should be fine to buy. Specification-wise, it matches the Samsung factory RAM, so it should work. Just make sure to install it in the correct matching dual-channel slots as specified in the motherboard manual for the best performance.
It should be fine, but Since it’s not a major brand, I’d buy it from a seller with a good return policy and test it after installation.
