Your HP Desktop - M01-F1002na according to: HP - Compaq HP M01-F1002na | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com, can be fitted with up to 2 x 32GB = 64GB of DDR4 PC4-23400, 2933 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM if you have an i7-10700(F) processor installed:
You likely don't need that much RAM, though.
It is highly recommended to install identical (brand + model) RAM sticks.
Depending on what processor you have installed, make sure your RAM can reach the max RAM speed your processor allows. I would buy 3200 MHz (PC4-25600) RAM. If your PC can't reach 3200 MHz, your RAM will down throttle to its highest allowable RAM speed.
