@mxmkpk,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Your OMEN 25L GT11-1xxx is very particular when it comes to RAM and especially when it comes to achieving max RAM speed.

OK, the reason why your Corsair Vengeance RAM is running at 2133 MHz in your system is because this RAM is defaulting to its SPD or default RAM speed as you can see in the tech specs: VENGEANCE® LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz C18 Memory Kit - Black, and because your (XMP) BIOS options are limited, there is nothing you can do about it.

Short story short: return this RAM and get your money back.

Other than HP-branded Kingston RAM, consider 2x16GB Kingston Fury KF3200C16D4/16GX RAM, for example, which is non-HP branded RAM running at 3200 MHz -which is the fastest any RAM will run in your system anyway.

Look at fellow HP OMEN 25L GT11-1xxx User benchmarks: UserBenchmark: HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-1xxx Compatible Components.

Kind Regards,
