I would like to add 16 Gb RAM on my OmniDesk 0018nf ? What model for 100 % compatibility ?

They aren't different motherboards, and depending on the processor, they may have different clock speeds

ram requirements/specs are the same between models for this line as HP appears to use the same motherboard design
