I had 32GB RAM, added second slot matching 32GB RAM but now system only recognizes 48GB. Nothing seems to work to free up the whole 64GB RAM. It recognized the Slot 2 as 32 GB but knocked slot one down to 16 GB. Any idea what to do?

The computer model ..
The original memory installed.
And the modules added (given a link of the models purchased)
the original modules tested alone in all the slots?
added modules tested alone also in each slot?
