the PC is HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0325m , it has 2x4GB we want to change to 2x8GB 3200MHz . Will any RAM DDR4 3200MHz work or we need an OEM RAM . Some say this RAM must work
is it true ? or we could get any 3200MHz DDR4 RAM that will work at 3200MHz without the need of manually enabling XMP
the PC is
Ryzen 5600G , 2x4GB 3200MHz , RX 5500 4GB

Its specs

It has 1x8GB now. Please use SAME existing 8GB for slot 2 to get full benefit of dual channels architecture.
A tool called CPU-Z wiill show you what is the existing RAM, you don't have to open your machine.
Regards.
