HP ENVY 34 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 34-c1000 IDS Base Model

Hello. I have HP ENVY All-in-One 34-c1070xt with 2 x samsung M425R1GB4BB0-CQK0L and try to upgrade to 4 x crusial CT32G48C40S5 and got error: Unsopported memory found. Would you give me a list of supported memory?

The CT32G48C40S5 is listed as being compatible on the Crucial memory website.  Try two at a time to see which is failing.

I would contact Crucial memory  or the vendor and request an RMA.

 

 Crucial guaranteed the compatibility of the modules with your laptop's system board and BIOS.

 

I really don't know how one would do that when you live in a war zone.

 

It must be quite a   challenge.
