Z840
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have updated z840 TPM to 2.0 and after reboot Windows does not see the module anymore. And when I ran TPMConfig64.exe from SP87753, I am getting the error RC = 0xE0295008.

Any help is really appreciated.

After two days of trials I finally fixed it by pressing F9 during boot process. When I did that a progress bar showing TPM upgrade showed up. Looks like something went wrong the first time.

@AlexIvn  -- in Windows 10:

  1. Hold-down the "Windows" key (bottom-left of your keyboard).
  2. Tap the "R" key.
  3. Release the "Window" key.
  4. Into the small window that has appeared, type  TPM  and press ENTER.

Does the TPM program show that it has found your TPM device?
