Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 Laptop PC (8VD47AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
MY laptop is showing REOOW failure from so long and it get shutdown when it has battery percentage of 20. So do I have to make change my battery or not and whenever I search for battery on your site it shows me the ADAPTERS.

This type of error usually occurs when the battery charge cycles are exceeded or the battery is in an unrecoverable short circuit.
The battery part number is as follows
Battery (3-cell, 52-Wh, 4.55-Ah, Li-Ion, includes cable) L48495-005
