Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

unable to update my Intel Optane RST from 16.0 to 16.8

unable to update my intel management engine interface (MEI)

i have been in touch directly with intel and they have refered me back to  HP.

Also unable to update my windows 10 1803 to 1809 version.

 

any advise welcomely received and grateful!

Let's try clearing out your update cache and restart windows update service to see if downloads again and installs: Click here
