So I've just replaced my ram of 8 GB 2133 Mhz with a 16 GB Crucial ram of 3200 Mhz. The problem is that the BIOS isn't letting me modify the ram frequency so I'm stuck at 2133 Mhz. Is there a way to actually overclock a ram with the pc that I'm currently using?

No, the Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP) that HP uses are only for their own memory.  Therefore, they may or may not work with third-party memory.  In most instances, they won't work.
