@ZachTrav,

All right, the 2x32GB KF560C36BBE2AK2-32 RAM kit you bought should be able to run at least at 4800 MHz since its default aka SPD RAM speed is set at 4800 MHz:

I seem to recall that you should have access to "XMP Profile #2", meaning, your RAM should be able to reach at least 5600 MHz.  As a matter of fact, this HP System OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-1xxx User got their Kingston Fury "KF560C36-32" to run at 6000 MHz:

Please take another look in your BIOS under the "Advanced" tab to locate the XMP menu

How do I access that when I can’t get my pc to connect to my monitors? It doesn’t work even when I put the old one back in?

@ZachTrav,

This über-relevant information should have been included in your original message:

"I got two new 32gb ram sticks and trying to switch out the olds one for the new they are the same brand just different speeds and memory capacity. When I put the new ones in the computer would turn on but it won’t send signal to my monitors or my keyboard and mouse."

Your issue isn't necessarily RAM-related, but a system problem.  There are so many potential reasons why your PC is doing what it is doing, that unless you are PC-trouble-shooting savvy, I would suggest taking your system to a local PC repair shop and have them take a look at it.

Kind Regards,
