Product: Pavilion All-in-One-24-r124
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

My Pavilion All-in-One-24-r124 suddenly shut down for no apparent reason. I was only doing e-mail and Word. It's about three years old. I assume something overheated. It restarted okay. My question is, should I worry? Should I do anything?

@NancySu , welcome to the Community.

 

I don't believe that there is anything to worry about at this point!  Random shut downs can be caused by any number of things from a failing power adapter to a power glitch in your power grid.  You can clean the computer to assure that it is not overheating.  There are numerous videos online to show you how to clean it properly and thoroughly.

 

I suggest installing a third party app to monitor the temperatures.

 

If you have further problems come back and start a new thread.
