Without removing the heatsink, did you clean out the dust between the heatsink fins?

where can I find a picture of the elements within my CPU. I have no idea of what a heatsink is. There are three fans inside my CPU and I blew out the dust in all three, thanking you in advance for your reply

The heatsink is an aluminum device mounted on top of the CPU chip. Then the CPU fan is mounted atop it.

Based on the info I have received I have cleaned out the heatsink ,plus the other two fans ( there are three fans inside my CPU): however I am still getting the "boot" to get my computer to open up...I use this computer less than 2 hours a day, but I do leave it on during the day by signing out. What is causing this "fan" problem????
