Hello Sergiurotari, did the replacement fan solve this issue?

I have the same machine, Elitedesk 800 G2 (65 watt version) and the fan under the HDD cage is 811583 and I get the error with the I7 6700 CPU

Did your fan replacement work and mind sharing where you purchased it?

Thank You

The fan that @Paul_Tikkanen  recommended, 839245, is hard to find at a reasonable ;price and generic va450dc Nidec do not have 5 pin connectors

Please read this discussion by @SDH   on how to wire a 5 pin connector to fool the BIOS into thinking you have the correct fan part.

Hi, mine is 35W version and not 65W.

im still without the fan - i just press enter and the PC is booting.

Can't find that fan for a resonable price - considering that i bought the pc used for 35$
