you need the product number as mentioned in my signature, this does not allow me to easily identify your model and we must not give the serial number S / N which will be withdrawn by moderation !!

Open the tray, and keep it open.  Shutdown unit. Remove power cord. Turn computer so that tray points down. Shake.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
