I would like to share this thread with my own question if alright? I have a P6210Y http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01859864 . I have added a 400W PS with a 6 pin connector. I also now have 8GB ram. I have added in the past a Galaxy Gforce 550ti Single slot card. I would like to update to a EVGA GTX 1060 3gb dual slot card. It seems to meet all specs. I am just worried about it hitting the heatsink on the mother board (M2N78-LA). The Heatsink is located pretty close to the PCIe slot. It is slightly higher than the slot.

I will actually have to say that it won't fit.
Keep your money in your pocket and search for one that is shorter than 9.6". 😉
The Violet motherboard is 9.6" x 9.6"
See the form factor on the following HP web document
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01635734
The EVGA GTX 1060 3gb card video card is 10.5" long and 4.376" high.
See the dimensions for the video card on the following EVGA web document.
