My keyboard is not working as expected(delay/not inputting) and it is now in warranty period. How i claim my warranty?

If your HP wireless keyboard is experiencing delays or isn't inputting correctly, follow these steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

 

Step 1: Check the Batteries

Make sure the batteries in the wireless keyboard are fresh and properly installed. Low battery power can cause input delays.

 

Step 2: Re-sync the Keyboard

  • Turn off the keyboard.
  • Unplug the receiver from the USB port and plug it back in.
  • Turn on the keyboard and press the 'Connect' button on the receiver and the keyboard (if applicable).

Step 3: Move Closer to the Receiver

Ensure the keyboard is within range of the receiver. Objects between the keyboard and the receiver might interfere with the signal.

 

Step 4: Restart the Computer

Sometimes restarting your computer can resolve connectivity issues.

 

Step 5: Update Drivers

Ensure your computer has the latest drivers installed for the keyboard. You can update drivers through Windows Update or the manufacturer's website (HP Support).
