Is the Sunflower Motherboard compatible with the Ryzen 5 3400G?

Here is the Motherboard Specifications page:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-desktop-pc-590-p0000a/19390500/model/28355580/docum...

 

Look at the section titled "Processor upgrade information".  This is a list of the processors that have been fully tested to be compatible with the motherboard.  If the processor is not on the list, it will not work.  The Ryzen 5 3400G is not on the list.
