I've got a AX200 based Wifi and Bluetooth card and while the Wifi is working, I haven't been able to get the bluetooth working on it. I have plugged it into the SD RDR port and nothing is showing up in Windows and I've tried the Intel driver. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you connect the cable from the card to the internal USB port headers?

Make sure the cable is oriented the correct direction and not reversed.

The USB port makes the bluetooth work.

I connected the card to the SD RDR header on the motherboard, and I’m pretty sure that the connector is facing the right way

I looked at several 600 G2 SFF motherboards and did not see an SD RDR header.  However, HP may have several revisions of that motherboard.  I did see cabling from the motherboard "FRONT USB" socket.  It is possible that HP has their own pinout for the front panel USB that does not meet ATX standard USB pinout.

I'm talking about the circled connector in this photo, I've seen this port be used for USB 2.0 on a similar ProDesk 600 G2 and EliteDesk 800 G2

Thank you, I missed that header and is is labeled as SD RDR but it does not (?) have the standard pinout as discussed by @SDH in this article here

possible you do not have the pins wired correctly, but I am guessing.  I was unable to find a diagram of the pinout.
