The long DST warning is from the SMART feature that predicts the life of the hard drive. If the PC is still working, it is a warning that the drive could fail at any time and needs to be replaced.
Also if it still working that gives you the opportunity to make a clone of the drive before it fails, or make a system backup of the drive to an external source. I prefer a clone, (clone to a new drive), much less burden on the drive, plus you will have a working copy to just boot-up to.
The spec page indicates the old drive to be SATA 1 TB 7200 rpm - very inexpensive or you could speed things up with a SATA SSD replacement. IE
OR
You might need an adapter to allow mounting but if you shop around, it sometime comes with the drive.
FYI: WD offers free cloning software from their support website, other manufacturers might also.

More Help Please, I ordered the WD Blue SA 510 SATA SSD & the Adapter cable and mounting rack and the Cloning software from WD Blue, also Cloning software from AMOEL.
What do I need to Clone to the new Drive, Windows, Partitions, or What, I have no idea what to do. Any Help at all would be much appreciated.

In answer to the question above - no clone to the new drive. Even though the old drive has space the hardware is failing.
From the picture posted it would seem the USB cable is to allow the cloning operation. The fact that it is short seems to indicate that you do the cloning before the new drive is mounted internally.
I pulled up the same picture from Amazon as posted. The USB cable is to connect the SATA SSD to a USB 3.0 port.
In looking for the specs of the HP Pavilion p7-1209 Desktop PC, it indicates the USB 3.0 ports are in front, while the rear USB ports are 2.0, so connect the new SSD using the front ports.
Being that the cable is so short, I would support the SSD drive with something, such as a stack of books, etc to hold the SSD close enough to the case to not have the SSD drive suspended by the cable.
The WD software is here: I have not used the AMOEL software, so this is the easiest IMHO
https://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx
Click on the "Acronis True Image for Western Digital" When the page opens, click on the Download button.
Note where the download went. If you don't know for sure, open the "This PC " window and look in the "Downloads"
It will be a download marked as "AcronisTrueImageWD_Win.zip" Double click on that file and it should install the software.
https://support-eu.wd.com/app/answers/detailweb/a_id/14926/related/1#acronis16
Click on the "Click here for Instructions" for Manual Clone category and do as instructed.
Once the cloning operation is completed, shut down the PC. Mount the new SSD in the adapter. Disconnect the old drive and install the new SSD drive and adapter combination in its place, using the same mounting location. Use the same cabling that was for the old drive.
You should be good "to go" once the new drive is mounted. The computer should start as always, just faster.
