Product: Pavilion 570-p013wb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

I want to add a 1TB SSD to my pavilion desktop, and keep the 1TB Mechanical Hardrive. I need suggestions, I have a spot to mount it, and the power supply. Now I need to know where to put the second cable to the mother board because I only see the one spot

You only need 85GB of hard drive space.  There is NO requirement requiring a 1TB drive of any type (mechanical or SSD).

The HP 570-p013wb only has 2 SATA data headers on the mother board, occupied by the original (1) HD and (2) original DVD drive.  So, where is this second spot you found ?  And for what purpose do you believe it is suited.

There is an M.2 SSD slot unused.

I see the M2 slot. I want to play a game called elder scroll online, and it requires 1tb ssd, and 85GB hard drive space.. If i placed an m2 1tb ssd would that be what they require
