HP Pavilion 590-a0311ng

Hello,

I want to install an SSD M.2 2280, but there is no screw.

All my screws won't fit and I think it must be a very special one.

So can anybody help me? What kind of screw do I need and where can I get it?

Thank you

Hi:

There are no specifications for the M.2 screw your PC uses.

You may want to buy one of the standard M.2 screw kits on Amazon.

I got some screws in a computershop, and one was fitting. It was the smallest!

So thank you for your advice, but I don't know whether it would have worked.

Thank you anyway

You're very welcome.

Yes, the M.2 SSD hold down screws are very small.

Usually about 2 mm in diameter by 3 mm in length.
