Does anyone know if WD Blue SN550 1TB NVME M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3 SSD is compatible with my new Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2004na.

Thanks

Hi:

Yes, the specs indicate that there are two 3.5" drive bays, so you can install a 1 TB WD Blue 2.5 SSD (which in my opinion provides the best performance for the price).

You will also need to purchase a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter, so you can properly secure the 2.5" SSD in the drive bay.

Hi:

According to the product specs for your PC, it comes with a 512 GB NVMe SSD

HP Pavilion TP01-2004na Desktop - Core™ i7 - HP Store UK

So, if you want to replace the 512 GB NVMe with the WD Blue SN550 1TB NVME SSD, that should work fine as well.

If you don't currently have that drive, there is a newer model WD blue model out that you may like better...

WD Blue SN570 1TB High-Performance M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD, with up to 3,500MB/s read speed : Amazon.co.uk...

Thank you for your reply. the newer drive looks good.

I would like to add it the the Pavilion as well as the 512 that came with it if that is possible.

Thanks

You're very welcome.

The detailed specs on that link I posted above only show one M.2 slot for storage (occupied by the existing SSD) and one M.2 slot for the WiFi adapter.

Expansion slots

2 M.2
1 PCIe x16
1 PCIe x1
