I have HP Slimline 290-p0061in pc, with melno motherboard ( https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06038278 ),

 

I want to know whether the mobo supports NVMe or just SATA ssd

Hi:

 

Your PC's Menlo motherboard supports NVMe M.2 SSD's only, not SATA.
