Product: Desktop HP Slimline - 450-a100nl (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I couldn't load the OS so I did an hard disk check and it shows me short DST failure. Error code: GLM55F-83BA27-9XH2MF-60RQ03. Can someone help me?

Hi:

 

The error code reported, means that you will have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service guide, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
