I purchased my TP01-0145m PC a little over a year ago, and it's been problem after problem. I actually had to ship it back for repair less than three months after purchase, due to it locking up and stopped working. Recently, I think the sound card may be going bad, or maybe a driver for the media player. No matter what media player I attempt to use, it will stop playing for up to a minute, then start again, only to repat every three to five minutes. It does it with Groove music player; Windows media player, WinAmp, and two others I have tried, and ALL of them does the same thing. I upgraded to Windows 11, hoping it would correct the problem, but no deal. It doesn't seem to bother the movies I watch, or anything I listen to/watch online; just when I'm trying to play music with the player; mainly MP3s. Can someone out there help me figure this out? I am NOT a computer "nerd" (no offense to all the techies out there) and have just the basic, rudimental knowledge of the inner workings of a PC. Help?

I actually did download and install those files prior to asking for help, but they did no good. I even got the updated MP3 codecs, but that didn't help either. BUT, I converted a LOT of MP3s into acc (MP4) and they work great. No stopping; no stalling. NOW, just got to convert the OTHER 10,000+ files...wish me luck, and THANKS for the suggestion.
