Specifications for Installing GPU on Pavilion TP01-0211a

-I understand my Radeon Vega 8 graphics card is integrated into the motherboard. But according to the product specifications page. there is 1 PCle x16 slot vacant, does this mean I can install another graphics card?

Look at the section titled "Expansion slots" for the slots that are available.

The first thing that you will have to do is upgrade the power supply unit (PSU).  The current PSU is only 180W.  The minimum required PSU for newer video cards is 300W.  The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary.  It only has a 4-pin power connector instead of the standard 24-pin ATX power connector.  You will have to buy any upgrade directly from HP.  There is a 500W PSU (L05757-800) that will be compatible with your motherboard.  It has 1x6+2-pin PCIe power connector.  Here is a Power Supply Cross-Reference Chart to show you where I got this information: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model...

Your exact model is not listed, but all Erica motherboards have the same connector.

 The article that I provided will tell you how to measure the space where the video card will be installed to assure that it will fit with space for good airflow.  Airflow is very important with the newer, powerful, cards.  The specifications don't specify the version of the PCI Express x16 slot on your motherboard.  The v.3.0 cards are backward compatible.  There may be a version listed on the motherboard.  Here is a video card that should work nicely in your case: https://www.newegg.com/asus-geforce-gtx-1650-dual-gtx1650-o4gd6-mini/p/N82E16814126451
