I cant open bios it stuck with hp logo,
But it detected when i connected through usb to sata cabel like external hard disk,
I put another ssd ( hikvision c100 2.5" 120 gb sata ssd) it works fine
What happen to samsung 860 evo 1tb 2.5" sata ssd
Why it stuck with hp logo when ever i am trying to connect samsung ssd by sata cabel
Same samsung ssd work fine in my sister laptop

@LUCKY1990 Since HP doesn't recommend or support upgrades, I suggest you check with a local tech to be on a safer side, our tech's seem to have provided the information you need, however, upgrades are to be done at your own discretion.
If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
