The so called EasyStart program refuses to run. In my attempts to fix this I have ventured down many avenues. One asked for my device serial number upon inclusion of which I was told that my warranty had expired in August 2018. I bought the device in July 2020 and it was only delivered (Amazon problems) last week.

I have bought a hp printer. It has no drivers. The drivers won't download. the customer service is atrocious and there is nobody to speak to without paying more than the value of a printer for a telephone call and a man in the US on a the official chat system condescendingly told me to get a family member to help me when I told him I don't use whatsapp because that's the only way to get help in the UK. I am getting frustrated and angry enough to go to hp HQ in Bracknell and smash the thing onto the CEO's desk and tell him to make the b*****d thing work. That's why I posted in the wrong thread.
